The Phoenix can be used as either a stand alone disply only unit or as a fully featured dash logger with 32mb of memory and an internal 10hz GPS receiver.

It also comes with a variety of digital and analog inputs as well as high speed CAN bus communication lines. PC communications are handled via USB.

Overview

The Phoenix can be ordered as either a display unit or a fully functional dash logger. The display unit can be used with any of the MTA logger units in UDA mode and therefore becomes an expansion unit with the ability to transmit it's internal channels (including GPS) to the logger.

As a fully featured dash logger, the Phoenix is easy to use and install with an internal 10hz GPS receiver and two CAN lines for communicating with ECU's or expansion modules. The internal GPS also allows for a virtual beacon derived from longtiude and latitude co ordinates.
